I’m trialling different ways of explaining what this site even is. But at this point, I don’t even really know what is is, so it’ll be quite difficult to explain effectively… Anyway, here are some attempts:

- A more divergent attempt through the lens of “GaGa”: about-gaga
Ultimately: In its initial, embryonic, very nebulous/chaotic state, this site exists primarily for me. It is not at this stage supposed to be completely coherent / make complete sense / be easy to navigate/follow for anyone else, because if I restrict myself to only outputting stuff that meets this criteria, I won’t be able to maximally diverge-converge - and divergence is a high priority for me right now.
That being said, the eventual point of expressing my thoughts is for them to be relevant/useful to other minds, and to participate in continuous global discussions about things I care about, with individuals who also care about these things. So, I need to be able to communicate my thoughts effectively. And for this, some kind of structure/organisation is necessary. So, below is my first attempt at outlining a structure.

How this site is currently organised.
General
Notes
The basic unit of this site is a “note”, which could represent anything from a relatively underdeveloped thought (e.g. a singular statement) to a relatively developed collection of thoughts (e.g. this About page).
Nebula sections
Notes will often start with a “Nebula” section, which contains a list of thoughts that I want to slot somewhere in the note, but haven’t yet decided where exactly to place them. Once thought clusters emerge in this nebula - i.e., I feel they gravitate toward (relate to) each other - and I feel ready to merge them, I’ll pull them out into the “main body” of the note: the (proto)star forming to illuminate whatever thing the note pertains to.
To reiterate the organic sister-analogy to this cosmic analogy (discussed in about-gaga), the Nebula section is like compost, and the rest of the note is like a plant growing from it. Another organic/ecological comparison: the Nebula section holds a random-but-relevant jungle(/jumble) of thoughts, and the note’s main body is like a civilisation / built environment around the jungle.
Note: I previously used the term “To Integrate” instead of “Nebula”, so some notes will have this old label until I update them.
Pages
“Pages” are a particular kind of note that could be thought of as a hub for many thoughts/notes. This page is one example. In the following subsections, I’ll outline the other main pages for this site.
Playing with pronouns
I sometimes (well, often) use pronouns such as “TM” and “TE” instead of “I”. This note talks about why: T vs TE vs TB vs TM (self & other -referencing).
Tags
There are a lot of tags floating around, and I just sprinkle them whenever I feel like it, making up new ones as I feel inclined to, with the goal of, over time, converging on more standardised usage. But I want to this standardisation to be emergent not enforced by pre-determining what tags will do, etc.
The about-gaga page discusses a lot of tags and their intended usage, but I wrote that a good few months ago from when I’m writing this (on Wed 12-08-2026), so my approach to organising this mindscape is quite different. But, a lot of the things I discussed are probably still relevant.
One tag I seem to be using a lot lately is dc, which is explained a bit more here: Tags - dc vs expand.
My Worldview
I use the term “my worldview” to represent my current set of views on existence - i.e., what I conceive of everything I perceive to exist - and the My Worldview page holds my latest attempt at explaining this worldview.
Since a worldview comprises many things that are difficult to obtain an exhaustive list of, I don’t think I’m currently able to “explain” my worldview comprehensively on a single page. So, I focus only on discussing thoughts/concepts/beliefs/ideas that are particularly prominent in my worldview - as in, I think of them often, and often reference them in other thoughts (i.e., they’re foundational (roots) to other parts of my worldview).
Root-Finding
The Root-Finding page is the current most comprehensive discussion of what “Root-Finding” even is in the context of this site and my worldview.
Blobs
A blob is basically any output in any form. It’s represents a blob of thought substance. Blobs will be categorised via:
- Medium (text, image, audio, video, mixed) 1
- Form (essay/article, note, story, poem, diagram, etc.)
- Purpose (exploratory, expressive)
A blob may not be defined in/by all categories. I’ll refine the categorisation system as I use it. For now, most blobs are mostly undefined.
Artifacts
For now, I’m trialling another way of referring to / organising expressive blobs, by referring to them as “artifacts” - as in, they are past products of consciousness, and these products are more “artistic” in nature.
The latest note holding more visual expressive blobs/artifacts is artifacts-1.
The latest note holding more textual expressive blobs/artifacts (e.g. attempted poems) is poems-1.
Stream
I think a useful thing to do is “thought streaming” and this is my latest attempt at that.

Image could represent a picture/photo, piece of (attempted) art, diagram, etc. Audio could be a recording (unlikely as I’d find that especially cringey to release, but possible), an attempted piece of music (very aspirational - I’d love to create music, but currently have 0 materialisation skills here). Video would mostly be vids from TM’s YT channel though there’s perhaps no need to “store” them here (create dedicated blobs on this site for them) for now. Mixed is anything that could combine any of the other media; I guess “video” is a combination of image and audio, but it’s distinct and ubiquitous enough to have its own category. I also want to emphasise: I might not make substantial use of this medium property on notes for now, because with current mindware, it’s quite difficult to atomise thought to the extent that explicitly labelling a blob’s medium is useful. I mainly mention/introduce this property for its utility in future mindware developments, because it would be useful for translating between media (e.g. you output a thought via video, I input it via text). ↩
